Lexington Woods North has an HOA that was established on 10/28/1977 with active board members. We review all association details, including contact information for the HOA board members, property manager, HOA fees, maintenance requests, complaints, HOA rules and regulations, documents, and amenities.

Lexington Woods North Homeowners Association board members are responsible for serving the community by making and enforcing the association's rules and policies, collecting dues, and ensuring its facilities and common areas are well-managed, maintained, and attractive. This community offers an assortment of different home styles in various sizes at affordable price points.
