Online payments:  

You may pay online at www.crest-management.com by following the “Pay Your Assessment Online” link. There is a charge of $2.25 to pay online with an eCheck. There is a charge of 2.95% to pay online with a credit/debit card.

 **Please note the remittance address to pay your maintenance fees has changed.** Payments should now be mailed to P.O. Box 52313, Phoenix, AZ 85072. If you use your own bank’s online banking to pay bills, be sure to notify the bank of this new address. Your account number should also be referenced on your payment. 

PLEASE NOTE: You will need a new account setup first, but you can use your same user name and password if you wish. This is needs to be done with every new management company we hire. Since we changed management companies, this will probably apply to each property owner.
